в терминале VSCode выполнить команды:

git init

git add .
|
|
git commit -m "Initial commit"
|
|
git branch -M main
|
|
git push -u origin main
|
|

|
|
внести изменения
|
|

git add .

git commit -m "Опишите, что вы изменили"

git push
|
|

|
загрузить изменения
|
|

git pull origin main
|
|
